A few years ago, while leading a seminar on the Secrets of Superstar Networking, I began to address the importance of forming quality relationships with people of like mind. The establishment of, and the careful attention to good, solid relationships, in my opinion, is the foundation upon which every strong referral network is built. It’s not the number of people you know that counts, but the quality of the relationships you have.
